Here we are, the final newsletter of 2016. With the Holidays in full swing, I’m finding the phones haven’t been ringing off the hook as they were last month. Not to fret though, this is pretty typical for December. Our clients are busy spending time with their family and friends, prepping for the holiday festivities and wrapping the gifts. While we may have seen a slight slow down, I find myself busy as ever with new listings coming soon.
